SUMMERSTOCK AND SUMMERSTOCK JUNIOR WORKSHOP PROGRAMS:
Our SUMMERSTOCK and SUMMERSTOCK JUNIOR programs offer a full-day curriculum in the performing arts for ages six through sixteen. Registration is currently open and available, and details as well as links to our online registration page are listed below. This summer's program explores theatre styles and pieces from foreign and exotic artists and locations.
Curtain Call has created performance workshop programs in Acting, Comedy, Dance & Movement, Improv, Musical Theatre, On-camera and more. Six to ten week sessions are offered afterschool, evenings and weekends here, at the Sterling Farms Theatre Complex, which holds our mainstage Kweskin Theatre, our experimental and cabaret-style Dressing Room Theatre and our Studio Classroom.

| SUMMERSTOCK 2009
Another year has passed so quickly, and already we are in anticipation for a fantastic summer of creative opportunties!
This year, in conjunction with our Summer Youth Theatre program's production of THE KING AND I, Summerstock 2009 will explore theatre styles and pieces from (or centered around) THE FOREIGN AND EXOTIC!
Summerstock Creative Theatre
(ages 11 to 16)
June 29 to July 10 (no classes June 3)
Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
Students will explore three distinct types of acting: Improvisation, Modern Acting and Shakespeare. In age appropriate groups, they will work on scenes and acting techniques while building self-confidence, creativity and performance instincts. Playwrights and stories and exercises centered around foreign and exotic cultures will be explored.
Students should bring a bag lunch. Outdoor activities are available pending weather conditions.

Summerstock Musical Theatre (ages 11 to 16)
July 13 to 24
Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
This two-week intensive offers a fun and focused environment where students can learn to sing, act, move and dance for musical theatre performance. Students will also gain insight in how to prepare for an audition. Our selection of scenes and musical numbers will be taken from pieces set in foreign and exotic locations and demonstrate artistic styles from exotic cultures.
Students should bring a bag lunch. Outdoor activities are available pending weather conditions.
